Sunday Reset is a nourishing online yoga class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself before the week ahead.
Expect a gentle reset followed by some gentle movement, grounding stretches & calming breathwork to settle your nervous system.
This class isn’t about pushing or performing, it’s about creating space. Space in your body, your breath, your mind and space for your emotional wellbeing.
You’ll finish feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to step into Monday with focus and balance.

All you need is a mat (you don't even need a mat really), a couple of blocks (pillows or something else can be used instead), a strap (or something long that can be used like a belt), a quiet space, and an hour just for you.
