Hi I'm Chris and I struggled with mental health challenges for many years before discovering yoga as a powerful tool for healing and growth. Yoga helped me reconnect with my body providing the mental clarity and emotional strength needed to face life’s challenges. Through the practice of Yoga I came to realize that I had never truly taken the time to observe myself: my thoughts, my emotions, and how they shape day to day life. This insight opened the door to a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
As I continued on this path, I became deeply interested in the world of self-development and began to see how closely it aligned with the teachings of yoga. These lessons have been invaluable in helping me maintain my mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping others who may be facing similar struggles. I aim to provide a safe space where people can explore movement, breath, and mindfulness. My classes are designed to help students release tension, quiet the mind, and find peace within themselves. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my goal is to help you build balance, resilience, calm, and strength, both on and off the mat.
My teaching style is modern and practical, with a natural tendency toward anatomy and a deep sense of empathy for each individual’s unique needs.
My mission is to help people break free from their shackles and upgrade their lives through invitation and insight, to help people fulfil more of their potential and live happier and healthier lives.
