
In Person Gentle Flow Yoga at Drapers Mills School
Had a long day? Feeling stiff, overwhelmed, or just in need of a reset?
This gentle, beginner-friendly class is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and feel more like yourself again.
You’ll be guided through simple, accessible movements to ease tight muscles, calm your mind, and bring your body out of “go mode” and into a more relaxed state.
This class is perfect if you:
Feel stiff, tight, or low on energy
Spend a lot of time sitting or feeling stressed
Want a calm, welcoming class with no pressure
No flexibility or experience needed—just come as you are.
You’ll leave feeling looser, calmer, and clearer
-All levels welcome: being able to sit, kneel, and bear some weight on the hands may be beneficial.
-Drapers Mills School in Margate, Tuesdays 18:30 - 19:30
-FREE parking within the school grounds
-Bring a mat if possible (I do carry some spares)
