• Beginner friendly and all levels welcome: being able to sit on the floor, kneel & bear weight on the hands may be beneficial
• Donation based class: Donations are optional but gratefully received: If you wish to pay in person or attend for free simply check the 'Pay Later' box when registering for the class.
• 1hr All Levels Yoga at Palm Bay Primary School in Cliftonville
• Every Tuesday 18:00 - 19:00
• FREE parking within the school grounds
• Bring a mat if possible (I do carry some spares)
